How can we help?
Getting started
What is Swapnoir?
Swapnoir exchanges one cryptocurrency for another without an account. You choose two coins, paste the address where you want to receive, send your deposit, and the exchanged coins are sent to you.
Do I need an account, email or ID?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your order page link is the only key to your exchange, so bookmark it or save the order ID.
Which coins and networks can I use?
Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning for sending), Monero, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Dogecoin, Zcash, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, XRP, and USDT and USDC on several networks. The network is always shown next to the coin, for example USDT · TRC20.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
Each coin pair has a minimum, which the exchange box shows if your amount is too small. There is no fixed maximum. Larger exchanges are supported and can take a little longer to complete.
How do I make an exchange?
- Enter the amount and pick the coin you send and the coin you want.
- Press Exchange and paste your receiving address.
- Press Exchange now, then send the exact amount shown to the deposit address.
- Keep the order page open or bookmarked. It updates by itself until your coins arrive.
Can I use Swapnoir with Tor or with JavaScript turned off?
Yes. Every step works as a plain page and form, so Tor Browser on its safest setting is fine. With JavaScript on you also get live rates, the searchable coin list and copy buttons.
Rates and fees
Floating or fixed rate: which should I pick?
Floating follows the market until your deposit is confirmed and usually pays slightly more. Fixed locks the amount you receive when you create the exchange, as long as you send the exact amount before the deposit window closes. Pick fixed if you need a guaranteed amount, floating for the better average rate.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The amount shown under You get already includes all exchange and network fees for the payout. The only extra cost is the normal network fee your own wallet charges when you send the deposit.
How is my rate chosen?
When you create an exchange we compare live rates at that moment and use the best one available for your pair and amount. You always see the estimated amount before you confirm.
Why did I receive a slightly different amount than shown?
With a floating rate the final amount is calculated when your deposit is confirmed, so it can move a little either way. The final amount is shown on your order page and in your receipt. Fixed-rate exchanges pay the amount shown if you send exactly what was asked.
Sending your deposit
How long do I have to send my deposit?
Send it as soon as you can. If your exchange has a deadline, the order page shows a countdown next to the deposit address. If a deposit arrives after the window closes, contact support with your order ID.
What if I send a different amount?
With a floating rate a different amount is usually exchanged at the rate when it arrives, as long as it is above the minimum. With a fixed rate the amount must match; otherwise the exchange may be paused or returned to your refund address, minus network fees. If this happens, contact support with your order ID.
I sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network
Contact support straight away with your order ID and the transaction ID. Some mistakes can be recovered and some cannot, which is why the order page names the exact coin and network to use.
Do I need to include a memo or destination tag?
Only when the order page shows one, for example for XRP. If it does, your deposit must include it, or the payment cannot be matched to your exchange.
Can I send from an exchange account instead of my own wallet?
Yes, but withdrawals from exchanges can be delayed, are sent in several parts, or include a different amount after fees. Sending from a wallet you control is faster and avoids surprises.
Receiving your coins
How long does an exchange take?
Most exchanges complete in 10 to 40 minutes. Most of that is waiting for your deposit to be confirmed on its network; see typical confirmation times. Larger amounts and busy networks can take longer.
My order says complete but my wallet shows nothing
Make sure your wallet is fully synced. Monero wallets in particular need to finish syncing or rescan before a new payment appears. The payout transaction ID is on your order page, so you can also look it up in a block explorer.
Can I change my receiving address?
Not after the exchange is created. If you haven’t sent the deposit yet, simply create a new exchange with the right address. If you already sent it, contact support with your order ID right away.
Can I receive with Lightning?
Lightning is available for sending only, because receiving needs an invoice for an exact amount. To receive bitcoin, choose BTC · Bitcoin.
Refunds and problems
When should I add a refund address?
It is optional but recommended. If an exchange can’t be completed, for example after a late deposit, your coins are returned to the refund address, minus network fees. Without one, support will ask you for an address.
Why is my exchange “on hold”?
A small number of transactions are flagged by automatic anti-money-laundering checks and paused for review. Contact support with your order ID. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or remote access to your device.
My order expired but I already sent the deposit
Your funds are not lost. Contact support with your order ID and the deposit transaction ID. Depending on the case, the exchange is completed at the current rate or the deposit is refunded.
My order says something went wrong
Contact support with your order ID and we will check it and either complete the exchange or arrange a refund.
Privacy and security
What do you store about me?
Only what an exchange needs: coins, amounts, addresses, transaction IDs and the order status. No accounts, no IP addresses with orders, no cookies and no analytics. Orders are deleted 7 days after they finish. See the privacy page.
How do I delete my order?
Once an exchange has finished, open the order page and use Delete order. Otherwise it is deleted automatically 7 days after it finishes. Download the receipt first if you want a record.
How do I know I’m on the real site?
The only official address is swapnoir.com. Check the address bar before you send anything, and be careful with search ads and links in messages. We never message you first and never ask for a seed phrase or private keys.
No answers match your search. Try other words or ask us directly.
