Privacy

Swapnoir has no accounts and sets no cookies. The site loads nothing from other domains: no analytics, no chat widgets, no web fonts from third parties.

What we store

For an automatic swap we store only what the order needs: the coins and networks, the amounts, the deposit, payout and refund addresses, the partner's order ID and its status. We do not store your IP address or browser details with orders. Orders are deleted 7 days after they finish (or 30 days after creation if they never finish), or immediately when you press Delete order.

For a large swap request we also store the contact you give us, so we can reply. Requests are deleted after 30 days.

Partners

Your swap is carried out by the partner you choose. They receive your deposit and payout addresses and the connection from our server, not from your browser. Their own privacy policies apply to what they keep.

Server logs

Our web server does not write access logs for this site. Error logs are kept for troubleshooting and rotated.
