About Bitcoin

Tips for Bitcoin
Use a current address format
Native SegWit addresses (bc1…) are the cheapest to send to. Older addresses starting with 1 or 3 work too.
Pay a fair network fee
A very low fee can leave your deposit unconfirmed for hours. Most wallets suggest a fee that confirms within an hour.
Lightning is for sending

Usually one or two. Most deposits are confirmed within 10 to 40 minutes; when the network is busy and the fee was low, it can take longer. Your order page shows the deposit as soon as it appears on the network.
Can I pay with Lightning?
Yes. Choose BTC · Lightning as the coin you send and pay the invoice shown on your order page. Lightning payments settle instantly, so the exchange starts right away. Receiving with Lightning isn’t possible, because it needs an invoice for an exact amount.
What is the minimum amount of bitcoin I can swap?
It depends on the coin you want. The exchange box and every swap page show the current minimum, which is usually a small fraction of a bitcoin.
