Their terms of use mention no ID checks for swaps but refer to a separate AML/KYC policy. Refunds only for overdue orders, within 90 days. Not available in the USA or sanctioned countries.
Grades and freeze rates come later. We're recording how each partner handles real orders. A public record of holds and payout times will be published once there's enough data to be fair.
